MVMT+ Yoga Collective is a vibrant, heart-centered community of yoga and fitness professionals who have come together to share their passion for healthy living through movement.  Our goal is to share our energy and expertise to target the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual layers of every participant.  Our variety of classes offer a unique balance of strength and ease in a setting that meets each participant where they are at in their fitness and wellness journey.  Whether you need an intense, challenging 90 minute sweat, or a calm, warm cozy stretch, we've got you!

  • MVMT stands for Movement! We added the + because we wanted to create a community that focuses on movement, mindfulness, nutrition and overall holistic wellness

  • Any workout clothes you feel comfortable in!

    T-shirt, Leggings, Shorts, Sports Bra

    Running Shoes are recommended for our fitness classes
    Our yoga and fitness classes in the heated studio get to temperatures between 33-40 degrees Celcius so clothes with a lightweight polyester fabric is best.

  • A yoga mat, water, a towel and a smile :)

    Don’t have a mat? Don’t worry, we have some for rent at our front desk!

  • Yes, we have both heated and non heated yoga & fitness classes. It will clearly state in the class description on MindBody whether the class is heated or not so you’ll know before booking

  • Things happen- kids don’t cooperate getting out the door, your keys magically go missing, you hit every red light on the way…WE GET IT! As long as you’re no later than 5 minutes you will be allowed into class.

  • At the studio we have

    • Showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash

    • Extra hair ties, deodorant, bobby pins, blow dryer

    • Men’s & Women’s Change Rooms

    • Washrooms

    • Kid’s Club (open select hours)

  • Absolutely - Yoga is all about building strength, awareness and harmony in both the body and mind, NOT just flexibility. We have classes for all skill levels. Check out the class descriptions on MindBody or give us a call to see what class is best for you

  • Any classes cancelled less than 2 hours before the start time will be charged a late fee of $15 or have one punch taken off their punch pass.

    Early morning classes (5am and 6am) - will need to be cancelled by 8pm the day before to avoid a late cancellation fee

  • We encourage everyone to bring their own mats but if you forget we have extras you can use

  • Our hot classes get up to 36 degrees celsius

    Our warm classes get up to 25-27 degrees celsius

  • Kiddos are totally welcome. We have yoga classes specifically for kids every Thursday

    Children 12+ can attend regular classes on the schedule while with a parent or guardian but must be 16+ to attend hot yoga classes

    5 punch pass - 3 months

    10 punch pass - 6 months

    20 punch pass - 9 months

    50 punch pass - 1 year

    All punch passes will activate on the date of their first use

  • No your E-Giftcards and Gift Certificates do not expire.

    They can be used for class passes, memberships, merchandise and workshops held at the studio.
