Flow.
Flow yoga is the general term given to any style of yoga in which the practitioner moves dynamically from one posture immediately into another, following the breath. This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a rhythmic, meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment.
Gentle Flow: This class offers a slow-paced sequence of poses that encourages relaxation and mindfulness. Perfect for all levels, participants will experience gentle stretches, deep breathing, and fluid movements that foster a sense of peace and well-being.
Vinyasa Flow: Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic practice that synchronises breath with movement. In this style, each inhale and exhale serves as a guide through a continuous flow of postures, promoting strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Classes often vary in pace and intensity, but all aim to cultivate a connection between body and mind.
Slow-Burn: Grounded and empowering, you will be guided through a series of flows which will challenge you and build confidence. Begin to follow your breath, keeping pace to build stamina and strength. The perfect way to start you day
Power Flow: This dynamic class is designed for yogis seeking to enhance their practice with strength-building poses, including arm balances and inversions, all within a steady flow that integrates breath with movement. Participants will develop both endurance and a sense of empowerment throughout the session. Be prepared to sweat and embrace your power!

Ashtanga.
Ashtanga is a traditional, fundamentals-based style yoga practice that focuses on linking breath and movement in a consistent sequence. of different blocks of exercise repeated 5 times each. These sequence blocks include:
Sun Salutation A
Sun Salutation B
Standing Postures Series
Seated Postures Series
Finishing postures
Ashtanga is a great foundational yoga practice suitable for all skill levels
Yin and Restorative.
These practices are slower styles of yoga, that focus on surrendering into the deep connective tissues of your body and letting go of the built up stresses we hold onto.
In Yin classes postures are held for a longer period of time (over 1 minute) which helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and quiet the mind. Yin is great for all levels of yogis… literally everyone!!
Restorative yoga offers a peaceful, healing setting that nurtures the body allowing all yogis to surrender into their mats and melt the world away.
Warrior Sculpt
A traditional yoga flow… but with weights! Our Warrior Sculpt classes incorporate light weights to tone and pump the muscles. This class brings out your true warrior and is the perfect combination of yoga and fitness.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga aka "Yoga of Awareness", derives from the Sanskrit word Kundal = Coiled Energy. Through a mixture of meditations, movements, mantras and breathwork, this practice helps to unblock or unlock any stuck energy to help you experience greater vitality and to awaken your most authentic self, your power, and your intuition.
Akhanda Yoga
The Akhanda Yoga practice will bring you on an exciting inward exploration, using an array of ancient and modern yoga techniques, that include Asana (yoga postures), Meditation (a precise technique for resting the mind and attaining a state of consciousness), Mudra (fingers postures), Mantra (a repeated sound, word or phrase that holds energetic and healing powers) and Kriya (a technique or action that leads to liberation).

Barre classes focus on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body. We offer classes focused on body weight or light weight exercises ranging from tiny ‘pulse-like’ movement to full range motions that ensure you will really start to feel the burn in the targeted areas!
MVMT+ is our signature fitness class designed to get your heart rate up and tone and strengthen using weighted compound movements. Combining strength training, cardio, functional movements and stretching - we promise you will be feeling the results of this class for days!
Booty & Core + Arms & Abs classes focus on exactly that! Using bodyweight and weighted movements to tone and strengthen your muscles. These classes are the perfect addition to your wellness routine. You’ll leave feeling strong and empowered!
Pilates Sculpt uses light weights and low impact movements to sculpt and tone the entire body.
Pilates is a system of exercise and movement that is designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates integrates breath and movement with proper body mechanics to increase greater physical and mental awareness of how the body moves and feels.
DanceFIT your new favourite cardio workout. Dance along to hit songs - this class is fun and full of energy
Fab & Fit over 50 Staying active is important at every age! Enjoy a low impact workout that will still make you work up a sweat
Kids Yoga
On Thursdays we offer yoga classes specifically for kiddos!
4:45pm-5:45pm (6-12 years old)
From partner poses to mimicking your favourite animals these classes are always super fun and engaging!
Pre/Post Natal & Baby Yoga
The journey of becoming a parent is a special and sacred one. We are excited to offer programs to support mothers and their partners in a way that nurtures the early bonds between Mother and baby, and bring couples closer together.
Once those little bundles arrive, bring them in for our baby yoga classes. We will introducing the practice of yoga to your babies, and then offer a healing flow and stretch for parents.
