Ashley Taylor

 

I’m Ashley! My yoga journey started in 2013 when I was gifted a 30-day yoga pass from a dear friend. Once I started attending classes, I quickly noticed that I felt energized and uplifted each time. Through years of personal practice, I finally found a way to turn inward peacefully and gain a sense of self-confidence and self-awareness that I hadn’t experienced before.

To deepen my personal practice and to share the profound impact yoga has had on my life, I completed my RYT 200-hour Ashtanga yoga certification in 2020 and 50-hour Yin certification in 2021. Both certifications are recognized by Yoga Alliance.

I love to share my passion for the physically demanding practice of Ashtanga as well as the slow-pace and interospection offered in Yin. I encourage students to find balance on and off the mat by incorporating movement and stillness in all my classes (Yin & Yang). In class, you can expect to be challenged with effort, recharged with a calming savasana, and enjoy a chuckle from time to time.
