Join Amber for a 90 minute Somatic Stress Reset workshop where you will learn simple yet profound techniques to move your body and relieve stress so it stays gone! In this workshop we will explore our soft tissue facial that covers our whole bodies, and move and breath in ways that allow us to get energy flowing through this layer where most of our stress hides and manifests as physical pain. This technique is called Fascial Maneuvers. Feel the pain melt, and the stress leave your body as your mind quiet down, leaving you feeling calm and content.
