We will begin by drinking ceremonial-grade cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for its heart-opening properties, to deepen our connection with ourselves and each other. We will then come together in a circle of open-hearted conversation, creating a safe and supportive space to share our personal journeys and offer each other compassion, support, and inspiration. We will also lead you through some gentle somatic movement and meditation to guide you inward, fostering mindfulness, self-awareness, and emotional healing to aid in integrating anything that comes up throughout the journey.
