Yin yoga is the sweetest way to end your day! This 90 minute class offers a feel good Yin Yoga practice exploring and nourishing all your key body parts. It is accessible for everyone and beginners to old timers of yoga will enjoy this slowing down and deepening. 

Then, Mandy includes a Yoga Nidra practice. It is a meditation style that goes deeper into your subconscious for a delicious, restful experience. They say it’s better than a long nap! 

We end with a short mantra practice to connect us all to each other and the greater universe!
