Period Positivity Workshop

Learn alongside your pre-teen (aged 8-15) to provide better support and build open communication around this important topic. 

Join Chloe Skerlak, Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner and Certified Fertility Awareness Educator, and Hayley Keyes, Certified Yoga Instructor, for an empowering workshop on the menstrual cycle.

In the first part of this workshop, Chloe will help pre-teens as they:

  • Learn about their changing bodies with accurate terminology.

  • Understand the four phases of the menstrual cycle.

  • Learn to track physical and emotional changes throughout their cycle.

  • Learn about cycle charting.

  • Discover different menstrual products to find what works best.

Hayley will then offer a restorative yoga practice designed to help to:

  • Build a personalized self-care routine to support the vulnerable phases of the cycle.

  • Ease abdominal discomfort with gentle stretches and supported postures.

  • Find grounding and inner peace through a tailored meditation.

  • Manage emotional fluctuations with calming breathwork techniques.

This workshop is perfect for the parents and pre-teens who want to:
