On Saturday April 22 , Larrisa invites girls ages 12-16 to come enjoy an afternoon of Making, Moving & Manifesting.

This workshop will offer participants the space to pause, reflect and journal on their goals and manifestations for 2023, while also moving through a gentle yin practice.

At the end of our practice, participants will have the opportunity to make their own gemstone bracelet to take with them, as a way to remember the intentions they set for the year ahead.

Participants are encouraged to bring a journal and pen so they can write out their intentions

This workshop is aimed to help young girls build confidence and connect with each other :)
