Join Shantelle and Sarah to deepen and develop your soul’s gifts. Each week we will join together to collaborate, connect, and practice intuitive development exercises. Together as a group we will learn from each other and connect more deeply to our body’s inner wisdom.

Expect to commit to daily practice, as well as meeting once a week. Each class will include a guided meditation to ground into the space as well as your connection to yourself, space for questions and conversations, intuitive development exercises, and whatever else intuitively comes up. Meetings will be recorded on zoom for those who are unable to attend in person. There will also be a WhatsApp group chat for check-ins, questions, community and conversation. Expect lots of pair work, part of development is gaining the confidence and the skills to work on and with real people.
