Join Taylor for a juicy 60 minute Warm Warrior Sculpt Practice followed by a delicious healthy lunch catered by KB&Co St.Albert. Alongside lunch we will also chat about the importance of properly refuelling our bodies after exercise and how eating more whole foods can literally make us GLOW from the inside out.
Warrior Sculpt is a combination of yoga and light weights to tone and strengthen the muscles while also working on mobility. Great for all skill levels-modifications will be provided as needed
