Backbends & Binds Workshop

Join Ayeisha on Saturday February 10th for an exploration in back-bending and binding!

This 90min warm Back Bends & Binds Workshop starts with warming up the spine, core and lower body. Allowing us to move calmly and deeply with breath into our backbends at any variation you choose, as I break down the posture and guide you safely step by step. In addition, learning binds in some traditional postures like Utthita Parsvakonasana (extended side angle), Utthita Trikonasana (triangle) and more! The remaining 15min will be dedicated to a Yin Release and end off the class with a singing bowl Shavasana. This class is suitable for all levels and will have the option for adjustments and props! See you on the mat!

The studio will be warm (aprox 28 degrees) to support this deeply opening practice.
