Mom & Baby Bootcamp - Cardio & Core


Join Janelle in the park for Mom & Baby Bootcamp! Designed for Pre and Post Natal mama's, experience a Cardio & Core focused workout with pre/post natal friendly core movements. Modifications will be provided to accommodate all fitness levels.

Kids and babies of all ages welcome. Babies in a stroller, bucket seat or on a blanket, and the park is close by for the older kids.

Thursday's at Jubilee Park!

July 13~July 20~August 3~August 10~August 17~August 24

Classes are 30 minutes, attend Cardio & Core at 9am and/or Full Body Strength at 9:45am

Single session $12 or $18 to stay for both! Save your spot online OR bring cash to the park!

Bring a mat and a water bottle. We will meet at the far end of the parking lot at Jubilee Park.

*Must be 8 weeks postpartum or given the clearance by doctor to attend classes*

*Weather permitting - a credit will be applied to your account if it is raining and bootcamp needs to be cancelled*
